Mr. Jeff Vail Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP
Jeff Vail works in the trial department of the law firm of Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP in Denver, Colorado and is a contributor to The Oil Drum website. He is a former Air Force intelligence officer and Department of the Interior counter-terrorism analyst where he specialized in energy infrastructure protection. Jeff has spoken extensively on energy and infrastructure security to audiences including the FBI's Anti-Terrorism Advisory Committee, the Interagency Forum on Infrastructure Protection, the Chief of Staff of the US Air Force, the National Academy of Sciences, and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. He is a graduate of the US Air Force Academy and the University of Denver's Sturm College of Law.
